The Website is operated by Raz Malka, a VAT-exempt business in Israel (the “Website Owner”).
Browsing the Website, using it, and placing an order through it constitute full acceptance of the terms set forth in these Terms of Use and create a binding agreement between the user and the Website Owner.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colors, dimensions, or details may occur due to the printing process, materials, or screen display.

1. General

 

1. The Website is used to display and sell physical products and to provide 3D design and 3D printing services, including custom-made products, prototypes, models, decorative items, and design items, as may be presented on the Website from time to time.

2. The Website Owner may update these Terms at any time at his sole discretion. The binding version is the one published on the Website at the time of use or order placement.

3. Use of the Website is permitted for ages 18 and over only, or with the accompaniment and approval of a legal guardian.

2. Use of the Website

1. Use of the Website is for lawful purposes only.​​​

2. You may not perform any action that may harm the Website, its content, its proper operation, or the rights of the Website Owner or third parties.

3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or make any commercial use of the Website’s content without prior written consent from the Website Owner.

3. Products, Design, and 3D Printing

​

1. The Website offers physical products and 3D design and 3D printing services, including custom-made products, design items, prototypes, models, and decorative items, according to the specifications, description, and information displayed on the Website or as agreed with the customer.

2. Some products and services offered on the Website are custom-made (made-to-order) based on the customer’s requirements, including design adjustments, dimensions, materials, colors, or files provided by the customer.

3. Images, mockups, renders, and diagrams on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colors, dimensions, finish, or other details may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, raw materials, the manufacturing process, or screen display.

4. 3D-printed products are intended for reasonable use and only in accordance with their intended purpose. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the products are not intended for outdoor use, prolonged sun (UV) exposure, humidity, water, high heat, unusual mechanical loads, or industrial use.

5. Due to the nature of 3D printing technology and materials, products may be sensitive to drops, pressure, heat, warping, or improper use. The customer is responsible for careful use, proper care, and appropriate maintenance of the product.

6. Damage caused by use that does not match the product’s intended purpose, incorrect installation, improper storage, exposure to unusual environmental conditions, or handling contrary to the instructions will not be considered a defect and will not entitle the customer to a refund, repair, or compensation.

​​4. Files, Models, and Content Provided by the Customer

​

1. A customer who provides files, 3D models, sketches, logos, or other materials declares that they own the rights to such materials or hold legal permission to use them.

2. The customer bears sole responsibility for any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property resulting from the use of the files they provided.

3. The Website Owner shall not be liable for any claim, damage, or demand by a third party arising from the files provided by the customer.

​​5. Orders and Payments

​

1. Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase a product or service. Completion of the transaction is subject to final approval by the Website Owner after reviewing the order details, inventory, and confirming payment.

2. After placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to initiate and complete payment independently, according to the instructions provided, using the Bit or PayBox apps only.

3. Payment is not processed automatically through the Website. The Website does not process online card payments and does not store credit card details or other payment methods.

4. The time of placing an order does not constitute payment confirmation. Work on the order, including design, preparation, or production, will begin only after payment has been received and approved by the Website Owner.

5. The customer is responsible for making full payment on time. Failure to pay, or partial payment, may result in delay, cancellation of the order, or no commencement of work, at the Website Owner’s discretion.

6. The Website Owner reserves the right not to approve or to cancel an order, including in cases of non-receipt of payment, an error in order details, a technical malfunction, suspected misuse of the Website, or any other reasonable cause. In such case, the customer will be notified accordingly.

6. Prices and Inventory

​

1. Prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪), unless stated otherwise. In some cases, prices may be displayed in a different currency depending on the country from which the order is placed or the Website settings.

2. The Website Owner may update prices, end promotions, change discount terms, or offer new benefits at any time without prior notice. The binding price is the price displayed at the time the order is completed and approved by the Website Owner.

3. Despite efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the Website, typographical errors may occur in prices, product descriptions, or other details. In the event of a clear and material error, the Website Owner may cancel the order, and the customer will be notified and receive a full refund of any amount actually charged.

4. Inventory is limited and updated from time to time. A product may appear as available but be out of stock in practice. In such case, the Website Owner will notify the customer as soon as possible and will offer an alternative product, a delivery delay, or cancellation of the transaction with a full refund, in coordination with the customer.

5. Product images, renders, and illustrations on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colors, dimensions, size, finish, or other details may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, materials, screen display, or a hand-made production process.

6. If there is any uncertainty regarding the price, billing currency, or order details, it is recommended to contact the Website Owner before making payment for clarification and confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

​

1. The Website Owner makes efforts to package products carefully, safely, and in a manner suitable to the product’s nature, including using appropriate packaging materials, in order to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.

2. By default, shipments are handled via Israel Post, according to the shipping options available at the time of the order.

3. A customer who wishes to use an alternative delivery option, including a private courier or another shipping service, may contact the Website Owner before placing the order or making payment, and arrangements will be made subject to availability and any additional cost that may apply.

4. Delivery times stated on the Website or communicated to the customer are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment. Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Website Owner’s control, including shipping delays, congestion, malfunctions, force majeure, or Israel Post operations.

5. Responsibility for damage caused to the product during shipping is subject to the customer contacting the Website Owner as soon as possible after receiving the product and providing appropriate documentation (including photos of the product and packaging).

6. If it is proven, to the satisfaction of the Website Owner, that damage occurred to the product during shipping, the Website Owner may, at his discretion, offer an appropriate solution, including repair, re-production of the product, or a full or partial refund.

7. No responsibility will be accepted for damage caused by careless opening of the package, improper use, improper storage after receipt, or any use not in accordance with the product’s intended purpose and usage instructions.

8. Cancellations and Returns

​

1. Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and as stated in these Terms.

2. A customer may cancel a transaction for the purchase of a product that is not custom-made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used, has not been damaged, and is returned in its original packaging, where possible.

3. A cancellation notice must be provided to the Website Owner in writing, via email or WhatsApp message, according to the contact details listed on the Website.

4. In the event of a lawful cancellation, a refund will be issued in accordance with the law, less any cancellation fees permitted by law and less any shipping fees, if applicable.

5. The cost of shipping and full responsibility for returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or a mistake was made by the Website Owner.

6. Custom-made products may not be canceled or returned, including 3D-printed products made to special order, specific requirements, dimensions, colors, customized design, or after the start of the production process, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

7. In the event of a defective product or a material mismatch between the delivered product and the order details, the customer must contact the Website Owner as soon as possible and provide appropriate documentation (including photos). The Website Owner will review the request and propose an appropriate solution, at his discretion, including repair, re-production, or a full or partial refund.

​9. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

​

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in designs, 3D models, files, mockups, renders, texts, images, illustrations, and original content appearing on the Website and/or created by the Website Owner as part of the services offered on the Website belong exclusively to the Website Owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Some elements appearing on the Website (including fonts, textures, icons, stock images, templates, or other graphic components) may be used under commercial licenses granted to the Website Owner by third parties. The intellectual property rights in such elements belong to their original creators, and their use is subject to the relevant license terms.

3. Purchasing a physical product or ordering a service from the Website does not grant the customer any copyrights, re-printing rights, commercial license, distribution rights, or the right to create derivative works, unless expressly approved in advance and in writing by the Website Owner.

4. The customer receives the right to personal and private use of the physical product only. It is strictly prohibited to use the designs, models, files, or products, in whole or in part, for duplication, re-printing, scanning, photographing, selling, distributing, advertising, uploading to the internet, business/commercial/promotional use, or creating derivative works—without prior written approval from the Website Owner.

5. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, sell, scan, transfer, make available to a third party, or make any commercial use of designs, 3D models, files, or products, whether provided as a digital file or as a physical product, without explicit prior written authorization from the Website Owner.

6. Any infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Website Owner or of third parties constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action in accordance with applicable law.

10. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

​

1. The products and services offered on the Website, including 3D-printed products, are provided as-is and according to the specifications and information provided to the customer at the time of ordering.

2. The Website Owner undertakes that the product will be delivered to the customer in proper working order, intact, and in accordance with the order details. The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and notify the Website Owner as soon as possible of any material defect, mismatch, or shipping damage, together with appropriate documentation.

3. Except as stated in this section, the products do not include any ongoing warranty of any kind. A defect or damage not reported near the time of receipt, or damage resulting from use, normal wear and tear, dropping, pressure, heat, exposure to environmental conditions, incorrect installation, or use not consistent with the product’s intended purpose and instructions will not be considered a defect and will not entitle the customer to a refund, repair, or compensation.

4. The Website Owner is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or non-monetary damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, distress, or any similar damage, arising from the use of the product or reliance on the Website content.

5. Without limiting the foregoing, in any case, the Website Owner’s liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product or service that is the subject of the order.

6. If it is proven, to the satisfaction of the Website Owner, that there is a material defect in the product at the time of delivery or shipping damage, the Website Owner may, at his sole discretion, offer an appropriate solution, including repair, re-production, or a full or partial refund.

Use of the Website is subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in the Central District of Israel.
