This policy has been drafted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, particularly regarding distance selling transactions.

1. Shipping & Delivery Times​

​

1.1 In-Stock Products (Non-Customized Items)​​​​​​

• Estimated preparation time: up to 7 business days.

• Domestic shipping within Israel: up to an additional 14 business days.

• International shipping: approximately 30–40 business days.

In most cases, orders arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe. However, the above timeframes are estimates only.

2. Customized Products

• Estimated preparation time: up to 10 business days

• Shipping times apply according to the destination after production is completed

1.3 Shipping Methods

• Orders are shipped via Israel Post.

•  A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Self-pickup is available (by prior coordination only) in Tel Aviv / Lod / Jerusalem / Ramat Gan.

• Courier delivery to your door is available for an additional fee.
   

1.4 Shipping Responsibility

​Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the shipping company.
Razich 3D is not responsible for delays caused by Israel Post, customs authorities, strikes, peak periods, or other events beyond our control.​​

2. Cancellation – In-Stock Products

​

​In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers may cancel a transaction for non-customized products within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Conditions for Cancellation:

• The product has not been used

• The product is returned in its original packaging

• The product has not been damaged
   

In Case of Cancellation:

• A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date the product is returned and received.

• The business may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower — in accordance with the law.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellation – Customized Products

​

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, transactions for products manufactured specifically for the customer cannot be cancelled.

This includes:

• Products printed specifically according to a requested model.

• Made-to-order printed products.

• Custom-designed items.

• Any product produced according to specifications approved by the customer.

​​4. Defective Product or Order Error

​

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Clear photos of the defect must be provided.

• A brief explanation of the issue must be included.
   

After review, the business reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either send a replacement product or issue a full refund.
In certain cases, returning the defective product may be required as a condition for receiving a refund.

​​5. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

​​

Orders may be cancelled prior to the start of production or before shipment, provided that work on the product has not yet begun.
For customized products, once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

6. Product Returns

​

Returned products must be sent to an address provided by the business after prior coordination. Products must not be returned without prior approval.

7. Refund Method

​

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Payment Completion

​​​

• Payments are made manually via Bit or PayBox.

• Customers must complete payment within 48 hours of placing the order.

• Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

• The responsibility for completing payment rests with the customer.​

​9. Colors, Product Appearance & 3D Printing Characteristics

​

Please note that slight differences may occur between how a product appears on screen and the final printed result due to screen settings, lighting, and material variations. Such differences do not constitute a defect.

Additionally, products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. The following characteristics should be expected:

• Layer lines

• Seam lines

• Minor surface marks or small imperfections

• Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance compared to website images

These characteristics are a natural part of the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.
